At the moment I have blunt ends, but as it gets longer I've been thinking for some time I might want to switch to U or V ends to cut down on the bulk a bit...and I like the look of a V.
However, it seems to me that a "formed" hem like that will only look ideal when the hair is lying straight down (?) Soon as you lean over or toss your head, the ends are askew and will look thinner (I don't have a problem with thin hair, I'm just trying to explain how the ends would look compared to hanging straight down).
Is this a really a consideration, or am I over-imaging it? Does the hair tend to naturally hang down (and there by preserve the hemline)?
