Entonces ahora tengo una dieta libre de gluten y cuido la comida y finalmente tengo un cabello bastante decente. Bueno, creo que tener el pelo es el cielo así que soy la mujer más feliz de la galaxia con mi nueva, no tengo suficientes palabras para decir cómo me siento, porque me sentí tan avergonzada por mis partes atrevidas en la parte superior de mi pelo fino, así Me corté el pelo después del corte de pelo y la henna para hacerlo saludable. Mi pelo esos años fue literalmente un ****. Ahora tengo tratamientos de cassia y amla y tengo tintes químicos (ombre y reflejos) también de vez en cuando para cambiar un poco, pero siempre es soleado y saludable como nunca pude haber soñado.

Hello everyone you hairy mermaids!
I can't get access to my profile as I entered here some years ago because I don't have enough posts. I lose lot of my hair as I am celiac and I didn't knew it! So now I have a gluten free diet and take care of the food and I finally have a quite decent hair. Well I think having hair is heaven so I am the happiest woman on the galaxy with my new one, I don't have enough words to say how I feel as I felt so ashamed about my bold parts on the top of my thin hair so I had haircut after haircut and henna to make it healthy. My hair those years was literally a ****.

Now I have cassia and amla treatments and I have chemical dyes (ombre and highlights) also from time to time to change a bit but it's always sunny and healthy as I never could dreamed of.

Here is a pic from two days ago, I usually don't take pictures of my hair so sorry for the poor quality.

Thank you so much lovelies, you all have dream hairs! Thanks so much for your help, I will try to keep it to my waist as I think it will be ok to manage it as I am not use to wear it so long and I hate bag straps lol so my goals are not so far. Have a lovely day ��
