Lately having weird issues...sorry for my rant..
length looks less than before without a trim.
hair is coily more.

had to cut out few knots (could not fix them)

Do i need a trim or my hair needs some care...............

I am really tired as my hair routine is extremely simple .

I do not know what's going on as my hair length was BSL now is shoulder length...

How can this happen.

What’s your hair texture like? If you’re wavy or curly a spike in humidity or frequent fluctuations can wreak havoc on your hair. A rise in humidity can make me look like I chopped back to WL from HL+, and fluctuations not only make it look like I lost length, but they also cause increased tangling. Not sure if the increased tangling happens for everyone, but it does for me.

hi :)
I gave up combing my hair on a daily basis. I only comb my hair when it´s damp after washing. the result is: waaaaaayyyyy less breakage.
do you use conditioner? there are good and bad conditioners too.
I think the problem is also the hard water in your area. ask some lhcers how they cope with that.
as your hair is rather sh/bsl I think you are not able to do s&d for yourself, so split ends are inevitable at this length. I had massive split ends until my hair reached mid-back.
like Jenn said, your hair may be wavy/curly. a picture would help us identify your hair type and advice you accordingly.

Very important question. Get back to us on that!

Sounds like to me your hair needs some care. You may need to start doing some DT's.
