Stray has grown for a Year! (pics) *cheer*

So i was sitting in a bus stop, waiting for my bus and then it struck me... It's been exactly one year since i've come back here and started growing out my hair again and so, i am making sort of a celebratory post :cheer: :toast:

So here is my actual progress since last year (i brushed my hair to show length, but the ends decided to Not give up and remain wurly hahaha):

During my journey i hennaed my hair. This is also my first tiny half up:

And then i dyed it black and also decided to give up the dye. I'm now almost 10 months dye free:

I am so glad i came back here. All of the supportive people here, all the advices and inspiration surely is a huge help while i'm on my way to long hair..

Thank you. I don't know if i should :ponder: I don't feel like a full 2b. I can give myself a 2a/2b at most, as my hair in the front and back has much looser wave than the sides.

How are you planning on doing with the black? are you going to slowly trim it away? That's probably a preferred way to do it, but I know I was very annoyed with my two toned hair, haha.

I don't feel much bothered by my two toned hair,i think it looks rather interesting, so i probably will slowly trim it away. I think by the time it's all gone, my natural hair should be at least APL. :)
