I know so many here are terrified of having a professional haircut due to bad past experiences, or just not trusting stylists. But this guy is absolutely on point on what a stylist should do, what they should ask, and how they should act.
He even talks about length (the ruler comment is funny.)

If you have an extra 10 minutes today, watch it. He made me think of things I never considered.

That some things *sometimes* don't have to mean anything, that it could just be a bad day: priceless! And then the moment he pulled out the ruler: LOL!
