So, do i shave it into a smooth line or just suck it up and let it grow out?

Make it a zig zag!

I’d just suck it up and grow it out. Shaving more could make it worse.

I wouldn't even it out; it looks fine...act like it was intentional...or get creative (carefully) ;)

I'd just leave it be! It looks fine to me, looks intentional and pretty cool! :flower:

I'd leave it. But, I'm really easy going. If it isn't "small children run screaming from your presence" awful, I just go with it! :)

I had to scroll back up and look again to understand what the mistake was, fair enough I can be a little unobservant but that in itself can maybe reassure you that it's not that bad!

I second sucking it up and growing out, you'd have to shave quite a bit of extra hair to even it up, plus if I saw you in the street I would just assume you'd done it like this on purpose. It doesn't look bad :flower:

I'd say leave it - I am an unashamed nitpicking pedantic annoyance and even I'd think that you'd just done it on purpose if I saw you :)

Once it's loose, I don't think you'll be able to tell anyways.

I don't think it's that noticeable. Once it grows out a bit anyway it won't be obvious at all anymore. :) From my experience, trying to cut the rest of the hair to match a mistake always leads to a worse hair disaster. :scared: Maybe it's just me though.

Shave the other side to match and square the back off where the mishap occurred.

thanks everyone for the advice. a friend of mine recommended a barber who can smooth it out and i think i'm gonna go for it as the wobbly line is annoying me so much already

I actually like the look of it but I can understand tgat it is not what you wanted. Going to a barber might be the best solution then. Just make sure to be really clear about what you want exactly. Hope it works out.

thanks, the friend who recommended them would go there to fix his mohawk so they know what they're doing :)
