How to post pics?

So, i wanna show of off all my prgress pics and start a new tread like this but i don't know how to post/upload pics. Can someone help me with this?

You can share photos from your lhc albums to your posts by copying and pasting the "BB code" under the chosen photos (just make sure your album settings aren't private), or you can upload photos on separate hosting sites like Flickr and same thing, copying and pasting their sharing code to any post :D

I have to do a 2 step, upload to Pixlr then upload to
Imgur. I can only copy the bbc code from a computer which is the code u need to post pics.
