Help Identifying Mystery Hairstick

Looking for help from all the Sherlocks around the forum. I was recently gifted with a lovely hairstick...and goodness I cannot figure out where this thing came from. It came with a tag, which has some identifying info, although not enough for me to figure it out. Ideas?

That would be awesome! I tried poking around a couple Graydog threads, but they've been ravaged by the Photobucket debacle, so it's very hit or miss.

Yes, I think Graydog was the only maker who had that nubbin' at the bottom of sticks.
