I really like making videos! :D

This is not my invention in any way, but I thought that spreading the knowledge would be an honorably idea. In these times of financial hardship, it's nice to have a way of using those cheaper hair accessories.

That works too, but I have found that this way actually are more comfy to wear.

You don't really need much lenght to be able to do this. And the bun still looks big :)

At first glance, I thought your hair was wet, but realized it was dry when you started running a brush through it.

It's because it's so ******n shiny that my computer's messed up coloring makes it look wet. D; Very pretty.

The video is good too, but I have no use for it. xD;

Where did you find the second clip in the video that was really cute and matched your hair perfectly?

Hehe, maybe this idea isn't that frugal after all? I mean - if you can go an buy things that you thought was too small? :D :D

I got it in a store called "Glitter" here in Sweden.

Oh, brilliant video! I'll have to have a go with the clips I thought my hair had got too long for. At the moment I'm just doing a simple cinne-bun with a scrunchie or hairstick every single day and it's getting old
And I bet Ficarres work well for that first style, too, right?

You do a very good job with the videos. And thanks to you for giving me a new idea as to how to use all my butter fly clips.

Thank you, Hypnotica! Now I have a use for that impulse-bought big old jaw clip that's been cluttering up my hair-toy collection for years. :D

That smiley is hilarious :D

Yep, I love it to. And it is because of that clip that I got the idea from this bun. It is too small to hold anything else.

Thanks! I haven't seen these ideas before. I've never been able to make those clips work for a bun, but I was always trying to secure the entire bun afterward. I think this will work. Awesome!

Oh, what a great idea! I have enough length to do this, I think, and my jaw clips are mainly for showering on non-wash days, now they may actually get to go outside for once!

Your hair color is lovely, btw! What kind of brush are you using in the video?

Thanks Elphie! I was just getting ready to ask? he he!

Hypnotica, You are so generous to share these simple elegant updos! And as has been said more than once, your hair is gorgeous!!

Do you find the Tangle Teaser works well on detangling the length as well as the head hair? I had looked at a site for these someone posted and I just wondered if it works better than a comb? Thank you again! (o:
