Hi! My friend says this product is her holy grail, and she is doling it out as slowly as possible because she doesn't know where to replace it. It's from a hotel in Japan that has since changed haircare lines. What is this? Can anybody help with clues so that she can buy more? (This is an opportunity to show a random product-devotee in the wild how useful TLHC can be, ha!) Thanks so much for looking!

The problem is, the company (lebel) has a ton of hair products. Impossible to say which one this is since the hotel used it's own bottles.

I would just contact the salon or spa at the hotel and ask them. They should know.

That page lists hair coloring products from their line.

That was her first thought and she did, but no luck. They've since changed lines is the issue. All she has to go on now is the bottle!

The New Otani appears to be the hotel. So it is hotel-specific. Apart from staying in the hotel often and taking their bottles, I hardly see a solution to this.

Maybe contacting the hotel and asking if she can buy a number of bottles would be the thing to do.

If someone here reads Japanese, it may mention the name of the product from Lebel. Fingers crossed for your friend.

The server for their website doesnt even exist anymore...
Also, a lot of hotels use their own bottles.
The product she used could have been really anything, unfortunately the laws in japan are also pretty lax when it comes to beauty products.
The ingredients on the bottle might not even be the same... Theres an app via google where you can upload an image and google will try to translate the text.
Sometimes it doesnt really work but thats the only thing I could think of. Your friend might be at a loss here though.
