Just did a gelatin based hair lamination on my beard. I have horrible split ends. And though beards are supposed to feel coarse, I swear mine feels like a Brillo pad.

So I took a chance.

We'll see how it does tomorrow, but for the moment the texture is much improved.

Love it! I can’t wait to hear about your results.

I don't expect it to "cure" the split ends, but maybe lessen them? Help me grow past this short terminal length? I mean it's only 10.5" long and while I'm in the same category as Gandalf the Gray, I've been stuck at this length for way too long.

It's time to be proactive. No beard should be this short and at terminal length.

Can you micro trim a beard? This seems like a lot of work, but it’s works for hair hair, maybe it will work for beard hair...

Yes but it's too short for me to see. I have nerve damage from glaucoma and I've lost that portion of my visual field. And I've not found anyone else willing to do it.

I've tried doing it myself, in a mirror, and...that ain't happening.
