Thank you! As long as it will grow! It grows pretty slowly, so who knows how long it will take.

I've had trichotillomania for thirteen years and so i self-sabotage a lot, but I've found some things that help - playing with play dough or silly putty while watching TV or doing anything that doesn't involve my hands, and knitting helps more than anything else in reducing involuntary pulling. As far as care, I wash 2-3 times a week with sulfate free shampoo and condition twice, and I deep condition twice a week. I always use leave in conditioner every day and oil my ends with coconut oil, Nightblooming's oil or a silicone serum. I keep my hair up or braided most of the time.
