Double nautilus?

Question for the LHC hive mind:

In one of the current threads I can't recall, there was mention of a double nautilus bun or something to that effect - it caught my attention because of a reason I can't remember :p... maybe something about good hold for fine slippy hair?

Can anyone point me to a set of instructions or tutorial for it? I ran a search but came up dry. Much appreciated if anyone can help! :D
