recommend multivitamin with biotin?

I need to start taking a multivitamin and I'd like to find one with biotin but not a high amount of it. All the vitamins I find seem to have crazy high amounts of biotin. Anyone know a brand with normal and by normal I mean only or less than the usda recommended amount?

EDIT: nevermind, just found out the kirkland multivitamins I got for DH contains biotin. I could have sworn I had checked them already:doh:
