Hey all, Q here yet again after a super long hiatus. Chances are none of you know me, but I used to be a regular here and had tried 3 times to grow my hair long.
Third time got really far, around BSL if I remember correctly, but caved and chopped it when dealing with a mentally abusive marriage that I'd been in for 5 years, together for 10 total. But the divorce is becoming a distant memory and I have a new mate who is super supportive and willing to help me try the process one last time.
So I suppose 4th time's a charm? Lol
Edit: funny thing, just looked at my signature and it is at the same length I am now XD

Welcome back. I'm sure you'll do it this time! And gosh knows how long I have tried. I was classic as a child, and wanted to go back to it, but in all those years I never got past BSL, and I only got to classic in my 40s again, so, you're not doing too badly, I don't think. ;)

Hello and welcome back! My hair is also quite short at the moment. I suppose I'd be in the shaggy mess stage, so not all that much longer than yours and also trying to grow it out long. We can do it!

I remember you. Welcome back, and enjoy your hair at whatever length. I grew to classic length but the last 7 inches weren't in very good condition, so I started cutting it back. Now I'm at just past collarbone length and have been extremely happy with the shorter lengths. I was amazed to rediscover how many styling options there are for shorter hair. I felt I really only had one with long hair - back and up. Wearing it down wasn't much of an option because it got all over the place and into everything, plus was hot. So anyway - the message is don't think of your hair as too short; enjoy it.

I remember you
Hey Lapushka and Spidermom! I remember both of you ^_^ Glad to see you both are on yet. And thank you to everyone for the well wishes on this journey! Thankfully still have some of my old Nightblooming oils and salves, planning to get a new Tangle Teezer, and already eyeing out some long hair toys for the future XD
