Growing out damage look at my progress

I roughly started growing my hair about 8 years ago I had a load of dye,bleach and heat damage I've spent years growing it out...I thought I would share my exciting progress well, its exciting to me I might finally reach my goal soon and with healthy hair I was getting to the point of giving up.

But in April I cut the last I hope of splits and white dots and it was the best decision ever I cut above waist and look at it now this is the healthiest and longest its ever been

Honestly no magic potions lol ,mostly micro trimming since 2011 and wearing it up I found sulphates suited my hair best sometimes when it was really bugging me I would chop inches its actually taken me over eight years ...the biggest thing for me was stopping henna and going to veggie dye for some reason the hennaed bits couldn't retain moisture no mater what I did.

Also this year I go sick of the white dots I decided to try a salon strength protein treatment and its totally transformed my hair doing them every few months I've been using k pak or aphegee that stuff is magic I'm now able to go cone free .
