Do you think I qualify for 1c?

You look like a 1c to me! That looks like my hair and that's what I am. But maybe you could be 1c/2a, as you have quite distinct loose waves.

Thank you all for helping me. :)

I'll start searching for threads how to make best of it as I feel frustrated with it. My ends are so dry, but all products seem to weight it down as my hair is fine and without brushing it is all frizzy and after brushing it is straight for a while and all clumpy and tangled up after an hour. Bun waves are easy and pretty though.

look what Iīve shed today when washing my hair!

itīs new growth!
now the question is: am I experiencing some Kind of thickening of the Strands themselves? could my hair actually be an F/M rather than an F? or even M/C? Maybe thatīs why I canīt decide between F/M or M hair...
my grandma used to say I had thick hair as a child but in my early Teens my hair kept thining.
I can only tell Iīm just at the beginning of my hair journey, so any Suggestion of yours might help me understand my hair. thx in advance.

You have hairs of all sizes on the head normally. Normally one type is in the majority (but that doesn't mean it is all one type) - so: perfectly normal & nothing to worry about. :flower:
