Lately my routine had been to co-wash one time rinse then put conditioner and gel and not rinse it. Plop a little bit, then dry.
When I apply the first conditioner, I usually let it stay a little bit, then work the scalp again before rinse.
Today I used SMT instead of normal conditioner in the same way but and it stay 1h.
The hair have come out good, very curly and good volume.
