So pretty! What was your routine before and after?

Before: No set routine. I washed whenever I could find time (usually by day three my scalp was so itchy I couldn't avoid it any longer) I used head and shoulders to control itchy flaky scalp, I used whatever conditioner looked interesting to me at the time. I was very hard on my hair, rough combing/brushing, heat and chemical treatments, hair ripped all the time with hair elastics etc.

After: No more brush, wide tooth comb and fingers only, no heat or chemical stuff. No metal on my hair elastics (not rubber bands BTW :eek:). CO every other day (with CWC once a week), weekly oiling of whole length, every other day oiling of tips (emu oil seems best for me, but only on tips as it's so pricy). I use a homemade leave in (distilled water, health store condish, jojoba oil and EO) after shower too. Hair damp braided before bed for waves and body. In morning hair finger combed and sprayed with a light oil spray (distilled water and a tiny bit of jojoba oil and EO) comb and style as desired.

I'm still experimenting, but my hair is sure loving it!

I joined the day I heard about this place and I never gave my hair much thought until then! I am totally wowed at how fast I saw improvement!! (which is good because patience is not my forte :p. I'm an instant gratification type gal :rolleyes:.
