Ok, I'm trying this again. I recently buzzed off all color and damage. I'm aiming for long silver curls.

Wishing you good luck with the growing out part. Lots of awkward stages ahead, but I'm sure the shorties thread will help out so much! :)

Being a curlie makes it so much easier to grow out though.
It's a fresh start. I haven't been around here much. I've been getting my life and body back in order. I haven't taken diet pills since 6/2016, no beinge drinking, my weight is well above 100 lbs, and I'm at a job I love now.

You are for sure going to look lovely with a TWA (it's what they call it on YT; teeny weeny afro). It's so cute!
Happy growing, Beckstar!

Good for you! I think you will really enjoy your all natural hair a lot. It's so freeing to not have all the upkeep required by doing otherwise. I think it will be quite pretty both short and then long.

good luck! Brand new fresh hair!
Hopefully you'll find the first few stages of growing hair really easy to recognise progress & seems to happen pretty quick - first year flies by and the difference in a year from shaved will be loads!

Good luck! I'm sure with virgin hair and taking excellent care of it, you'll see progress fast. I have damaged hair myself and I know how slowly it seems to grow cause needing to trim so often. Virgin hair is so much easier to deal with 😍
