I searched but couldn't find a thread on this shop, please re-direct me if I missed it!

Has anyone bought from this shop? I just stumbled upon it by accident and am wow'd by her work. I have my eye on this fork (butterfly fanatic :waving:)

I also just love her hair sticks, they are so ethereal. I have my eye on these although I know I can't because sticks do not work in my hair.

They are so reasonably prices too, especially considering shipping is included in prices. I would love to hear if anyone else has one of her works and how they fare.

Oh goodness what pretty hair toys indeed! That gorgeous pair of sticks caught my eye too...I love the design!

There was a shop called BaliBone that is no longer on Etsy. I got three forks and they are nice. I paid $8.50 each. I wonder if it is the same shop with a new name? I got the owl butterfly and oak leaves that I didn't see on there. I wonder if it is the same shop with new name.

That's intersting. I'd be curious to know if it is. Any photos of the butterfly in action by chance? :D

Thank you for sharing them! So tempted by the geometric sticks and resin rings. Shipping included is a delightful bonus.

Oh my gosh yes, those rings are ah-maz-ing!! I am very much the tiny subtle jewellery person so I could never see myself wearing one but even as a decoration or any excuse I can think of because they are so gorgeous.

Eek yes! They look like miniature worlds.

I am too old to do action shots anymore but It is lovely. I had to dull down the sharp tips but now it is just right.

I purchased three sticks from Karina recently, and although they took a while to get here, it was worth the wait. They're glassy smooth, beautifully finished, glide into buns effortlessly and are light to wear. Here's a curvy one I'm wearing today, Coral and Redwood (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/599565321/hand-carved-wooden-hair-stick?show_sold_out_detail=1). The inlay is perfect and can't be felt at all.

...and then, a few hours later I added my Turquoise and Redwood (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/585771388/hand-carved-wooden-hair-stick) curvy stick. On their own they tend to wriggle upwards and do a little turn in my hair (I've had this issue with other curvy sticks, too), but paired, they're rock solid (while also working well with what I'm wearing).

In another month or so depending on the post, a plainer malachite one (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/561461850/hand-carved-wooden-hair-stick-with) will be added to the mix. I've also got a paintbrush to wear from the current haul, and today nabbed a sibilating snake barrette (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/566776882/hand-carved-barrette-automatic-snake?ref=shop_home_active_2) and wicked wooden wedge (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/497486148/hand-carved-wooden-hair-stick) that I'd hung off ordering until I'd tried my first lot.

^^well those are pretty! I'd never actually looked at that shop before, there's some real talent there. And now i'm coveting one of the Soviet clocks...:bounce:

It was the clocks that brought me into the shop in the first place, actually, as a gift for my hubster. Many moons later, and I still haven't found "the one" yet, though.

It's been rather windy today, but I was able to get a pic of my Canadian Maple Paintbrush without hair obscuring it too much.

These wild and wonderful lovelies arrived today, and each had a little bag to snuggle in.

And then came this resin, redwood and nutwood fork (https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/580435454/resin-wood-hair-fork?show_sold_out_detail=1) that glows after being in the sun. It's beautifully finished, has a gentle head curve and the tines remind me a bit of Schnitzstube's edgy carving.

It seems I'm kinda on my own here... There's just so much variety in the shop, and I couldn't go past these feathery looking horn barrettes that are even better in person.
