It's not my hood, and out of my price range, but funny, so I thought I'd share and ask what hair free could mean. Does it mean she will shave your head in the night? No pets? It's all wigs? She uses a hair dryer. I mean, I have, to make hula hoops.
darn it, what is hair free?!?
(And it's Xcel, nor Excel)

Excel energy bill is shared as we both should be responsible for paying our fair-share of electricity for lights, streaming, hair drying, phone charging, computers, A/C, heat, etc. The Deposit is $400. Ideal for someone who wants stability, privacy and safety. Smoke free, hair free and drama free environment.

I'd go with pet hair cuz eww. Or maybe no shed hairs around the house or in food cuz thats also ewww.

But that drama free environment... boring!

Or maybe they're offering smoke, hair and drama free of charge? :p

Well she says you gotta share the hydro due to hair drying so I'm not sure how 'hair free' it would be. Potential LHCers could argue to pay less because we don't blow dry :p

Safe bet would be pet hair free, though she really should clarify that lol

I would have to ask what she means by hair free. Even if you aren't interested in her ad, it would drive me crazy not knowing what she is thinking lol.

Haha me too! I do suspect the advert means no pet hairs though.
