Hi Friends,
Here are few changes made by me in last few months for better of my scalp health ;

less manipulation
very less combing
very less amount of shampoo mostly diluted

being gentle with my hair.
NoHARSH SHAMPOOS

PLS give your suggestions.

things Iīve done:
less manipulating - since my hair is always in a braid or bun.
less combing - thank you LHC members with 2b-2c and curly hair.
no harsh shampoos, learning about - and using conditioner, hair mask and a leave-in sometimes when I donīt wear a hat or when itīs humid outside
not leaving my hair down but only on very rare moments like airdrying and a home party when I donīt have to do work or do something where my hair can get in the way.

what I have to do:
use more than a dime size amount of shampoo (did this since childhood and realising why I am shedding so much in the bath tub)
maybe also using oils from time to time.

to Natasha: donīt forget about conditioner and hair masks, they are part of essential haircare.

How does your hair/scalp respond? That is the most important question here.

There are tons of different methods on here, the one vastly different from the next, and no one is the *best* method to use.

So you'll have to figure it out on your own a bit.
