Mountain Rose Herbs - Are they good?

I bought some indian herbs off MRH today, but I have been looking and it seems that they dont have good customer service? :eek:
Anyone bought from mountainroseherbs.com and what was your experience??

I've bought from them for years and have generally been very happy with them. Their quality is excellent and I've not had issues with their customer service. In fact, one time they caught an error with a product that there's no way I could have (shipped a non-organic form of an essential oil I had purchased rather than an organic one), and I got a $15 gift certificate in the mail along with a letter of apology.

The only thing to keep in mind is that once you place an order, you can't change it, only cancel it before it ships.

I love Mountain Rose Herbs, I find the quality of their products to be excellent. I've been buying essential oils, aloe, herbs, and teas from them for years. No issue with customer service at all.
