don´t buy expensive products, buy good products.
a conditioner is a must, without it you practicaly don´t have healthy hair.
diy hair masks are what people knew before they discovered idiot hairdressers (a good hairdresser helps you achieve healthy hair, even if you don´t want to grow it out, he knows and uses natural hair dyes like henna for example).
