Scalp massage weirdness

Is it normal that let's say I give myself a scalp massage and my scalp and hair gets a bit oily from natural sebum or if in general my hair is a bit oily after a few days of not washing them it's like it makes my eyes itch

It's not sooo bad it's just weird
