Help Confirm Typing?

Hi All :o Looking for some help to confirm my typing to develop some better care habits. I'm sure I'm in the 2's...;) For picture clarified, ROO, condish and left alone.

Current routine is Co-Wash and Condish (sulphate, protein and cone free), ROO with MO and LOC (thanks Lapushka for teaching me about these - they are HG status!). No gel - hair hates gel. Not really looking to clump for wearing down - hair is braided daily in a different type of braid/anchor point to lessen areas of potential breakage (e.g. dutch, french, twin, fishtail, reverse fishtail, side, etc...).
