What's a great source? That's right. CHEESE. Cheddar cheese to be exact:

I think when your husband kicks you out of bed, you've overdone it!

On a more serious note, maybe the folks doing the rice water rinses might add a little wheat germ to the mix?

But serious is no fun. So let's mix some soysauce and cheddar and go to town!

How do you apply it?

I knew it! :cheese: Maybe that's why my growth rate is above average with the copious amounts of cheese that I eat!

How do you apply it?

Blend it with olive oil, soy sauce, and no cones, of course.

I'm new here! Hello and a big thankyou to all you experienced hair growers for all your sagely advice. Anyway, I was reading this post today.....didn't think too much about it...and then realised I hadn't left any meat out for dinner. But I did have a cauliflower...and milk...butter...and...CHEESE! I'mean expecting a growth spurt in the next few days ;)

I was explaining this very thing to some of my co-workers today when discussing a lunch they didn't care for, citing "too cheesy."

There's only a trace amount in hard cheeses, if any. It's taken out when they drain off the whey.

I normally eat a lot of cheese. But these few months my hair growth rate has been hardly noticeable; and that's because I have hardly eaten any cheese recently. I shall hopefully be back onto unto my cheese diet :cheese:

Oooh this is good, enabling news. I eat cheddar once or twice a day and agree that I've never found *anything* too cheesy.

Cheddar's expensive here though, need to find an Aldi....

lapushka, you forgot to mention that the cheese works best when left overnight or longer on the scalp.
