How do I post photos on a thread via mobile?

You need to "host" these photos on a photohosting site like Imgur or Photobucket, then post that URL/IMG tag in a message. Same as doing it via a computer. Or, you could wait until you have 25 quality posts here and you can use this site to post your images.
