(Apologies if this has been posted before!)

Never fear, this isn't some weird video! :o It caught my eye on MSN and led to finding a proper page for it. Seems like something the folks here might appreciate!

Her hair is gorgeous, but this video was a little cringey. Not because of her length... it's just that I wouldn't want to sit on the floor in a mall, let alone allow my hair to drag on it! Gahhh

Its nice, thick n long beautiful. Tho I would'nt call her or any real life girl rapunzel since rapunzels hair was so long it could be thrown out a window and climbed up and no one I've ever ever seen has hair that long.

MAJOR hair envy!!! :inlove: One third of her braid is about the thickness of all of my hair... :sad

That video is spreading I can see. Alechka is my favourite head of hair of all times, anyone can pretty much grow their hair long but that thickness is absolutely mindlowing. I have been following her since she participated on the Russian braid thing and I am always in awe at that braid. It was a bit silly of them to make her drag her hair on the mall like a zombie but you know how the media wants to shock... At least now I know a bit more about her. Absolutely impressive locks for a Caucasian woman.

Amazing hair, but whoever edited that video must have had a misandrist agenda, because it made her husband look like a complete idiot.

She reminds me of the time a woman in the Caribbean took her hair down one day when she was out for a walk. It was just as long and dragging. People stopped and stared. A few took pictures.

Here's the original (Barcroft news) article with pictures, which has now been syndicated all over the internet in the past couple of days -- just Google her name (Aliia Nasyrova). Although she's doubtless a oddity for the media, the reporting pretty much respects her choice to have ultra-long hair and doesn't call her a longhair-lunatic-who-needs-sensible-haircut :)

The picture where she had ribbon braided into the lower part of her hair reminded my of Ivan Bilibin's illustration of Vasilisa.Vasilisa the Beautiful (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/49/Vasilisa.jpg) Though it's funny to me that the real-life person has hair that's longer and thicker than the illustration! That seems uncommon to me.

Wow! I loved that website! Funny how she had a FAQ page just for her hair.

LOL. Yes, it is probably fair to say that Aliia has uncommon hair. :frog:

i could see floor length but that seems like its not really fun to have! Doesn't she wish she could wear it down? She probably never wears it down. Still very impressive though. I wonder how she normally wears it? Maybe a braid or a bun. I wonder if the braid touches the ground.
