Can I Call It Hip-Length Yet, Or Is It Still More Like Waist-Plus?

Measurements were wonky this time around. Last month on the 19th my b/f measured my hair and came up with 30" even. Last night (the 18th Feb) he used the same tape measure and came up with 31.5" and he said there was a sprig of scraggly ones that made it to 31.75", but that was just a few hairs. Same person measured using the same tape measure so there's some other variable that's off-mark. Nobody gets an inch and a half in a month without bathing in cheese sauce and I didn't do that this past month.
But what body length should I call it? My left forearm is at my waist, I rested my right hand directly on the iliac crest.
What's the LHC verdic? Besides that I need to microtrim until those dang layers are gone to get rid of that taper. :D

Congratulations on reaching hip. Your post has made me extra happy as I think this means I can call mine hip as well. Empathy on having to keep micri-trimming out darn layers and a taper as well. :)
