Getting randomly logged out when clicking new threads/forums/rely attempts

And when I go back to the log in screen it says I've used X amount of log in attempts and when I reach 5 I won't be able to log in for 15 minutes. None of my log in's have been inaccurate though so I'm not sure why it's counting them. I'm on 3 now, so we'll see what happens. Just thought I'd post while I could.

Have you ticked the "remember me" box when you log in, so you won't have to keep logging in?

Yep, click the box or the site won't leave you a lasting cookie and it'll forget your login in short order.

Also, if you clear your internet cache (ie. delete cookies), you'll be logged out. So if you click the box to stay logged in and it works for a while until it doesn't, that's the most obvious culprit.
