The best moon phase & sign position to trim my hair to speed up growth?

I want to do frequent trims to get rid of damage. Usually, I schedule my self-trims on Full Moon to speed up my hair growth, but now I've read that the Waxing Moon is more beneficial for increased growth rate. Also, the sign position of the moon plays a role. I found the Trims & Lunar Calendar megathread as well.

I discovered the lunar calendars from the Morrocco Method, the Farmer's Almanak, Om Journal (http://www.om-journal.com/haircut), and Lunarium (http://www.lunarium.co.uk/calendar/universal.jsp).

I want to schedule my next hair trim within a week, e.g. tonight during First Quarter, or next week on Full Moon.

Do you have suggestions which day would be the most favorable for me to trim my ends for faster growth, based on lunar phase and sign position?

Like[B] TatsuOni[\B] said, you can read that thread, which is admittedly huge. Or just pick one. I just go by moon phase and not astrological sign. Also, keep in mind that the MM goes by the Mayan calendar, if that makes any difference to you.
