I dyed my hair back to blonde recently and tried to match my natural hair color but it still seems too light. My natural hair color looks like this: http://m.imgur.com/r2TqviR?r

I used the Wella Color Charm toner T27 on my hair once I dyed it back to blonde and it currently looks like this: http://m.imgur.com/kFhmn9c?r

I'll leave it like this for at least a month but I want to go back to my natural color as much as I can. Would I need to dye it a light ash brown/dark ash blonde or should I use a specific toner? If yes, what specific color/brand? I always go to Sally's for any supplies. Any advice would be awesome :)

Its so close, I wouldn't want to put any permanent dye on it I don't think you need to, a toner should be able to do the job for you.

You could wait another month and then use Wella Color Charm toner in T35, it's a slightly deeper beige than the T27 and should get it pretty close to your natural color. If you still don't think its dark enough after doing that then wait another month and do the T35 again but with 10vol developer instead of 20vol, that way you will get more color deposit.

Thank you so much! :) Would it be fine to wait or does it not matter? I wanted to wait mostly to give my hair a break after using the toner but I'm not sure if the toner will wash out after a while? When using the T35, should I use 20 vol developer at first then? I left T27 30 minutes in my hair - do you think that's fine or too much when using T35? Thank you!!

Yep I would use T35 and 20 vol in about a months time, its a liveable color now so best to give your hair a break.

30 minutes is good for timing because you are trying to make it a bit darker.
