View Full Version : Interested in a new pair of scissors

So I think the scissors I use now for S&D is actually damaging my hair so I want to buy higher quality shears. I have looked through past posts and I saw people suggesting the Arius Eickert brand. Does this brand not exist anymore or where could I buy them? Is there another brand of similar quality and price range? I wanted to hopefully stay between $30-80. Thank you!

I also need some good scissors. Can embroidery thread scissors be used?

I think people use them if they are sharp, but the thread would probably dull them. From what I know your hair scissors should only be used on hair.

The Mane Choice is a brand of hair products and they do pretty good quality shears for about $50. I see this pass on YT quite a bit! Especially from curly channels.
