growth pics and ?s

I joined almost almost 3 months ago - right around July 20 something. I thought I'd show some pictures and get your opinions on my growth....
Is it growing at a decent rate? (ie., normal rate of speed. It's been so long since I've actively tried to grow I have no clue.)

Do you see anywhere that needs some cutting/trimming? In the interest of full disclosure: I did trim a few times along the very bottom - twice on the sides to trim very scraggly looking ends and a couple of times in the back to bring it up with the bulk of it grew down. I haven't touched the layers at all.

What phenomenal shine! It looks like the layers have grown at least an inch, which puts you pretty close to the average of 1/2 inch per month.

(The shine is the katam/henna I think. I always had fairly shiny hair, but the henna/katam has really exaggerated it - I'm so happy I found this place :)
