My turn, hair type?

I'm pretty sure I have my hair type correct but figured I'd have it double checked.

Sorry for the side pics, there is never anyone around to take good pics when I need them. The only real difference from the back is a bit more of the ringlets at the ends.

I would say you're between 2c and 3b, and any combination in between these. Maybe a solid 3a, but it's hard for me to tell at this length. Hopefully some curlies will come by to give their 2 cents. :)

Well thank you, it took me years to love my curls. Still learning proper care but I'm getting there. I'm really surprised that I might be in the 3's, never really thought I was that curly. I will try to get better pics when I wash on Sun.

I agree with this. I definitely don't think you're 3b, but then, I learned hair typing from NaturallyCurly.com and since they are mostly 3s-4s and over here we're mostly 1s-2s, I tend to type this kind of curl looser than perhaps others would who learned from this site.

You guys are the best! I've been feeling a bit not too happy with my hair lately, like I needed a change to make it pretty again. Guess all I needed was a reminder that it is already pretty and to enjoy what I have:)

I would say 2c/3a.

If you find that you have more distinct ringlets as your hair grows longer, it might be more solidly 3a though.

I say 2c because although you have ringlets, they do not start at the top of the head as curly hair does. Your hair is wavy and has some curls at the bottom. I suspect as it gets longer, it's going to stretch out the curl rather than tighten it.
