My (late) 1 Year Anniversary

It's my one year anniversary (last month)! :p

I didn't take pictures of my hair until December, so it's more of a half year of progress. There were some trims between these pictures, so the growth isn't that much sadly.

Currently, I don't do anything special to my hair, just wash and condition whenever I feel like it needs it. I wear my hair up every day, although I have a habit of taking it down and putting it up in a different style like... At least twice a day. I don't have a hard set goal in mind, I'm just growing and letting it do it's thing. I find that the longer it grows, the happier I am with it. Hopefully this year I'll get more growth!

My ponytail circumference is just a smidge over 4 inches. It doesn't really seem think to me. I do wonder how much that would change if I didn't have straight across bangs, if it would cause a significant increase in thickness. I kind of feel like my hair is an optical illusion. It looks pretty thick when it's down, but my buns aren't that big. All I want is big buns!

Also what do you guys think my hair type is? I've never typed it, but looking at the visual guide, it looks like 2B. Would you say that's accurate?
