5 year LHC hairiversary with pics!

I joined LHC in September 2011, with shoulder length hair. I'm currently at TBL, with my ultimate goal at classic. I learned so much here about proper hair care, there's just too much to list!

My original goal when I joined LHC was waist, and after seeing all of the beautiful lengths past waist, I decided to grow longer.

My routine has changed with each milestone, but my current routine is as follows:

WCC (mostly with cones, sometimes I clarify and go without cones)

LO with Kinky Curly Knot today and vanilla monoi oil

Deep condition/clarify every two weeks (mostly protein as now I've bleached the bottom)

Finger detangling only

Microtrim 1/8-1/4 inch monthly using Feye's straight across trim method.

Thanks everyone! My natural hair color is super difficult to photograph, which is why it appears as so many different shades in these pictures. I can't believe I'm approaching classic!

The pink and purple are really fun! I was getting bored with my hair, and wanted to add some visual interest in my braids and buns and did not want to cut.

Thanks! I think that pic (pink on unbleached hair) was taken with part of my hair pulled back and not in the picture. Towards the top left, I see one of my small hair clips.
