I'm about to start college and will be working with animals, my two pig tail braids aren't enough, I need some new hair styles that look good but also keep all my hair behind my shoulders, it's wl and very heavy
.
But:
*im not allowed to wear hairsticks/forks
* and we have to have it all up, not half up half Down

What about a LWB or cinnabun with spin pins?

Do a ponytail, braid the ponytail, and wrap the braid around the base of the ponytail, secure with spin pins or bobby pins (that would be a braided cinnabun). If your hair is too thick to comfortably bun in a single braid, split it into two braids and do the same thing (start wrapping one braid, do it almost all the way around the base once, then follow with the second braid outside the first, pinning as you go. The end result will look like a spiral)

I would suggest you look at the hairstyle of the month board: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=48

Why are you not allowed to have hair forks/sticks? Is it because they stick out? My hair is thinner/finer than yours, so this may not work for you, but I like to use something like this small fork (http://www.franceluxe.com/France-Luxe-Skinny-Flex-Chignon-Pin--Classic_p_26165.html) in a braided lazy wrap bun when I want my hair out of the way, but I don't want anything sticking out. My bun is definitely wider than it, but it still holds in the center part.

A tucked french braid where the length of the braid is stuffed up between the braid and scalp. If you think you have too much hair for this, Gossamer can do it at floor length. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHP-n7YJghs

Interlocked braids are another favorite of mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lG4MTltnX7M

For buns, I second the recommendation of spin pins.

If you are allowed to use barrettes, the pinless braided bun is one I find holds up well to activity. http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/entry.php?b=114369

Milkmaid braids or faux crown braids might be a good idea, since you can just secure the style with pins.

I make a nautilus with spin pins for that sort of thing. I can cover it with a bandana or buff to keep manure off. (Sister has dairy cows. They're messy! Lol!)

Bun held with claw clips.

I second these suggestions. I work in a lab where all hair needs to be up and hair sticks/forks can be hazardous mainly because they could react with air borne chemicals or be grabbed by a machine. I know my favorite solution is any bun held with claw clips. My most commonly used bun for this is what I call a knot bun. I smooth my hair back and hold it like a pony tail, then I grab it from underneath, make one twist and pull my ends through. I wrap and tuck the remaining bits and hold this bun with 4 claw clips. It looks pretty, holds well, and has never interfered with my lab work, so I think it would work for your purposes. I can write clearer instructions or make a tutorial with pictures if that would be helpful!! Good luck, and have fun at college! Starting college is so exciting. :)
