So my hair is about BSL. I wear it up in a bun daily. I can do a disc bun and a LWB... but I'm getting bored with them. I'm not a braid person. Any other buns that I might be able to do on my length of hair? Pics or videos welcome!

Arctic's hair-friendly fan bun ought to wor at your length. I don't have the link but a search should pull it up. You could also try a nautilus using one finger; or a French twist or peacock.

If there's a bun you like but don't have the length for yet, try the frane bun- basically make any bun you like with only the top half of your hair (so you should be able to do buns that otherwise you don't have the length for), then take the bottom half and wrap it around the base, pin if necessary (I usually don't but I'm lazy).

I've been doing this one since APL.

My hair is way thinner than yours that probably allows more buns, but it's also shorter (barely past APL) so some of mine might work. I also usually do disc bun (LWB comes out somewhat unbalanced for some reason) but I can do figure8/infinity pretty comfortably, if I use spin pins, I can also do shell bun (though that one I think is a pretty loose and saggy bun by default) and I also do bee butt buns (not enough length to get a full second coil for a cinnabun). Occasionally I do the lazy casual version of french twist.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll have to sit down and try them all out! I think i can do most of these if I pull my hair up higher on my head. ;)
