An Update of Me & My Hair :) (MILESTONE)

Hi guys, Normaly I would have waited the year anniversary to let you know my progress I just wanted to update now that I have time. I've been having rather difficult and awful anxious situations (house repairing, my kitties adapting to new way of living, getting back to college and paying bills). As some might remember I had an accident on my head that left a wound, now it's barely visible except when I french-dutch braid it or do rather greasy low updos. Also my journey to healthy looking thick hair has been accomplished!

My hair got solid BSL and had a strong U-V shape hem going on. I left my hair untrimmed for 3 months (Mimha suggestion, dont kill me for menting you) and grew a lot. Unfortunately because of seasonal shedding and the rather stressful situations I had to cut some inches again. Im a hem line perfectionist and here you can see my most recent cuts.

This was me a month ago, fully BSL (If I had boobs lol) but my ends were looking sparse annoying again!

I had the point in which bun waves and wearing dark clothing would make me feel comfortable wearing my hair down!

This was the first cut 2 weeks ago and boy I got back to APL. I wanted a blunt cut and solid straight line (Feyes super difficult method for me) and got this (little bit uneven). My hair was soaked in oil so it was a little bit easier to do and to show the proper cut as well.

Awesome news are.... how thick and clean my hair looks! After two and a half years of many crazy cuts and crazy microtrims are finally showing in pictures!!!! :magic:

Then again I decided to perfect the cut a little bit more yesterday but since it is so short and so bulky to cut at the ends now it turned out a bit more uneven (silly boy) he he.

Another fix and This is what Im left with now!!!!!! Im so so Happy this is the hair I wanted for the longest time!!! :happydance:

I would say good progress, but it seems like you're about the same length, with a lot blunter ends, that's for sure. :)

Your hair is gorgeous! Such a lovely color! I always wanted either red or black hair, and neither would work with my complexion. (I'm naturally a dark brunette, currently henna dark auburn, which is as close to red as my skin tone will allow. :lol: )

I super hate crooked hair too!!!! LOL My hair is slightly chueco (uneven) but it barely shows. A super straight line is so damn hair to do really. Thanks :o

Sure they are bloody annoying!!!!! But my progress in 2 and a half years are finally finally valiendo la pena! LOL. You actually inspire me to do the blunt hem, member? I also love your own progress and trust me, my hair was super thin and sparse before I joined here.

Ed gentleman thanks!!! You are such huge inspiration for me.. maybe some day would I be able archive your luscious lenght? The longest I've had was classic lenght but didn't look nearly as good as it is now!


Wow such super thick hair...what a journey congratulations!

I love the thick comments when its down, not to destroy my own fun, but my braids are still super skinny! Dammit LOL. I can pancake them but they stay like that for 2 minutes and they unravel themselves (fine and slippery hair problems) Thank you!

My hair depending on light and indoor photos looks super dark when in real life.outdoors it is dark brown with some weird red highlights. Im actually thinking of adding a semi blue tint to it. I love ice black colors so much!
