what length is my hair

Hi everyone,

Haven't been on this forum in ages, my hair is the longest its sort of been in forever and I have a goal TAILBONE but obviously waist first and then classic even I figure go all out. ��

In this pic my hair was recently micro trimmed by my lovely hair dresser who also has long hair, and my hair is naturally wavy and has been curled at the salon.

I just got hazelnut balayage and I love it, so what length would my hair be? I was thinking bsl but I think that's wishful thinking my hair despite trimming is longer on my right side lol advice tips help?

It's probably around hip, but it's hard to tell with the wave and with you being sat down. I can tell you though that's it's blooming gorgeous :)

I messed with your post a bit so it'd display the pic. :) I'd say you're probably close to the top of your hip bones, though it's probably easier for you to tell by feel. It's past your waist, in any case.

So hip, or close to it. :D

My hair is shorter than yours but the same in the sense that its longer on the right side. Yours looks waist length in the most recent photo where it is flat ironed =]

"Waist" around here is the thinnest part of your torso. Depending on the person and proportions, that's your lower ribs or just below where your ribs end.
"Hip" gets named when your hair is at the top of your hip bones, level with your iliac crests. On me, that's where my pants usually sit.

So I'm going to stand by my statement that you're a few inches past waist. I'll bet your ends are just about skimming hip length. :D

It's been a long road and no matter what my hair doesn't feel long to me unless I blow dry or it straightens itself after being plaited lol

I do feel this way, yes. But thats because my hair is actually short haha I'm just a two inches short of arm pit length.

Yup past waist and headed towards hip very soon, so waist ++
