I just got a new laptop, & although my phone is logged into the site, I can't remember my password so can't log in on laptop. Twice requested a reset email but not received, I definitely gave the correct address. Please help!

Well I finally managed to get my password so I'm logged in. Still not sure why I couldn't get my reset request though - I must have requested it about 8 times & nothing.
