I was on the Tightly Curly website today. I went to the blog and read an entry about a metal hair comb (http://formermushroomhairedchild.blogspot.com/2009/08/new-hair-tool.html). It looks pretty cool and seems easy to use. Has anyone seen hair combs like this? Where can you buy one like this? Here's a picture of it: http://www.simplistic-designs.com/uploads/3/4/1/3/34137883/8469984_orig.jpg Thanks in advance! :blossom:

I'm not sure who the makers are for them, but a search for french twist combs should get you started in the right direction.

Thanks, but I was hoping to find it in a store rather than online.

I don't think there's much chance of that... I'm sad to say...

Here's another seller of combs of that style. (https://www.etsy.com/shop/oregonjewelry) I think the makers are relatives of the first one linked, like the style was invented and is made by one extended family. Perhaps they sell them at craft fairs locally, but that'll only help you if you're in Oregon.

ETA: And of course, there's the Simplistic Designs seller, which Teri links on the page where she talks about those combs. :)

I'm aware of the makers, but I was looking for something similar made by an easily found brand like goody, scunci, etc. It can be much simpler in design, too.
