Questions about caffeine treatment

I saw the caffeine recipe on here and have a few questions. When to apply? After a wash or few days after? Also how long do you leave this on? I plan to crush a tab into my scalp oil and apply that way.

Here you go! The first post is really well written summery of the method. The thread has been more quiet recently but maybe if one starts to post others will join too, and it will become active again :)
