It won't damage your hair at all.

You will need to clarify before you use it, which will dry out your hair, so you will have to condition well afterwards.

Noope. A few weeks ago I dyed the last couple inches of my hair purple and my hair is fine.

Just don't bleach it before hand, that's were the damage comes from.

yep, then you're fine. I just did purple ends too, not so great on ombre. i suggest at least cover the ombre or choose a matching non-awkward color that doesn't clash. xD

otherwise, go for it. it actually helped my winter dryness

I want ti do mine purple too!
My hair ia very dark brown and the ombré is ti a light brown so hopefully if i cover my full head it should blend ok
