I found these hair sticks and very helpful videos while doing a random search for wood hair toys~maybe you've seen it but never-the-less, very neat!
Enjoy!

That French twist.. hehe I couldn't do it like that.. it would never hold. Those who can make that work are lucky folks! ;)

Those are pretty sticks, though probably quite expensive :(

I think those are great instructions for people learning to use hair sticks.
Did you see the "convertibles"? http://www.bazner.com/index.php?target=pages&page_id=convertiblesvideo
Kind of neat, but I wonder if the beads would pull hair -- that seems kind of likely.

Mei Fa is one of my favorite brands!
They have items in a huge range of prices, and honestly, I'm not certain I understand the reasoning behind some of the prices. :) Some of the cheapest ones are my favorites.
Hair Boutique (http://mp.hairboutique.com/) has a good assortment too.

I love my Mei Fas, but they are getting a bit short on me. The videos are great--I'm putting a link on my hair page--thanks for posting this!

I really like the sticks she used in the "knot" video! I'm starting to see the appeal of beaded sticks...
Wish I had hair as thick as Athena's, in that video...

Mei Fas are sooo beautiful! And the construction, materials, and customer service make them worth the money, in my opinion.
Unfortunatly, they're about 2 inches too short for me.:( I wish they would come out with some longer lengths, because they really are the mose beautiful hairsticks I've ever owned.

Yay! Thank you for that first video. I've been wondering how to put my hair up like that since it isn't much longer than Athena's in the second video. Thank you! :joy:

SammieEve: You are very welcome!
I still get Dyslexic Finger Challenged when I try it myself, but I will get it eventually! :)
