I'm in my 1st trimester and I've been doing weekly DTs with JBCO, coconut oil and sweet almond oil. Is it okay if I continue these treatments? I'm not ingesting it or anything but definitely will stop if it could hurt the baby.

I'm by no means an expert but I don't think you could be doing any harm to your baby. The only oil treatment that I could think of that should not be done while pregnant is the inversion method, which I assume has more to do with changes in blood pressure and circulation than with the oil that is used.

There are oils that you can't use while pregnant, so be careful, but I think that's more EOs than carrier oils. Google it if in doubt.

As far as I'm aware castor oil is fine for external use while pregnant but not for internal use.
