Two Years of Hair Growth ''untrimmed''

So I've been growing out my hair for 2 years now and I'm pleased with
what I've accomplished so far. My hair was only about 2 inches long
when I first started my hair growth journey. I wanted to share my experience with you, so
tell me what you think and thank you all for your beautiful comments :)




These photos were taken almost 45 minutes after I got out of the shower. I showered, used a conditioner and
a hair moisturizer.

I'm guilty of not commenting, just viewing. :p I find your curls very beautiful. :D They remind me my texture, but yours is more defined. And the colour is also very pretty!

Why? Are you saying if hair is not trimmed, the growth will be bad or something?

My guess is, it's a comment about the shape/style rather than the condition or quality. Hair grown out from short without any trimming sometimes has a mullet-y look, but yours doesn't.

Fantastic curls, by the way (I'm envious - mine is quite similar in texture but nowhere near as nice looking).

I hate the mullet cut! I made sure that my hair was evenly trimmed when I went to the barber to get my last haircut.

Although it was probably just a little bit longer on top, compared to the rest of my hair from the back, I noticed when I measured my hair recently that the bangs had the same length as the hair from the back. Sometimes, the bangs were longer, depending on the hair I measured. I actually trimmed my hair using an electric trimmer called the ''split ender'' twice. But that doesn't actually sound like trimming because it gets rid of the split ends, even though I did not have any but I only wanted to trim my hair.
